Morskie Oko is one of the most beautiful lakes in the Tatra Mountains and even in Poland. Every year, this place attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists from Poland and abroad. A unique lake located high in the mountains, to which leads a unique, easy tourist trail along an asphalt road. From the parking lot located 20 kilometers from the center of Zakopane, a 9-kilometer trail leads to Morskie Oko, which can be covered on foot or by horse-drawn carriage. There is a mountain shelter above Morskie Oko. We can have a cup of coffee or tea there, or eat a good lunch while admiring the panorama of the High Tatras.
